Custom Cabinet Construction

  • All cabinets are made with solid hardwoods & veneer core plywood.
  • Face frames are all ¾" solid wood with 2 maple dowels in each joint.
  • Cabinet sides are all ¾" maple plywood.
  • Cabinet bottoms, tops, & 3" veneer edge nailer strips are all ¾" maple plywood.
  • Shelving is ¾" thick maple plywood. Exposed shelving over 36" is 1 ½" thick.
  • Backs are ¼" maple plywood.
  • Drawer boxes & roll trays are 5/8" 11 ply Baltic birch for stability with dovetail joints. Under mount full extension drawer glides are standard.
  • Full overlay all wood doors with concealed blum hinges are standard.
  • Natural finished maple interiors are standard and made with an easy to clean surface
  • All cabinet boxes and doors are handcrafted in house.
